This is my second order. The first order was fine and I left a positive feedback, but unfortunately this order didn’t go smoothly.
Box arrived damaged. Chocolates all squished. Gloves were nothing like the photo and are not suitable for purpose, best to use in the kitchen and not out in work places.
Send a message to cherryz and although I received a message initially, after that no response. Well going to cut my losses and delete the app and not buy again
The site was recommended to me by my daughter. I took a punt and very pleasantly surprised. The prices of all the items was very competitive. Ordering was easy with plenty of choice. Then there was an efficiency in how my quickly was dispatched and in very nice packaging. I will be using them again

Absolutely love cherryz I been shopping with them over a year now can't fault them I do big shop every month for all my main assertions saves carting it all bk from the super market and fast delivery to also was fab during lock down as my daughter who's special needs had to icealate for a year so my shopping was one click away for me keep up the good work cherryz xx
everything arrived in good condition , well packaged , arrived in good time , happy with all products , happy with my first experiance shopping with them
First time order. My delivery was missing a few items. I contacted Customer Care Team to advise and this was resolved quickly and professionally. Special mention to Lauren for the efficient and friendly communications. My missing items were resent and delivery was super fast. Impeccable customer service.
This is a fantastic app, so handy to add things to the box. Will be recommending to friends.
Placed an order last Friday and paid for standard delivery, by the following Thursday I contacted by email as had no notification of dispatch and was told they would send it next day.
Today the postman did not have my parcel and I was given a Royal Mail tracking number which is also useless with no info.
First and last time I shop with Cherryz and certainly won’t recommend now like I was going to.
Update. Order never arrived after 13 days of waiting I asked for a refund. Very poor indeed
Ordered products having been introduced to the site from a friend. Order came well packed and on time. Will use this site again.
Love Cherryz even my son asks me to get stuff for him as he works it’s excellent value and I’ve never been disappointed with anything from cherryz

Tried this my first oder great quick delivery great communication with company ????My other order was a bit damage emailed them it was sorted out promptly which I was shocked how fast items replaced free of charge ????Great defiantly recommend this company to friends & family
Cherryz goes the extra mile.Website well set out and user friendly. Wide range of products available, some of the more hard to fine. All items are good in quality and price. Arrived quickly and well packed. Will be purchasing again from Cherryz.
